Thank you for shopping with Lovyna. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery to the United Kingdom is 5–12 working days from dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take longer due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing, courier delays, or busy periods.

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping on all UK orders.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
While we work hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible, occasional delays can happen. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 working days, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.
